Interpretation and Definitions

In this terms and conditions document, the following words carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the website, application, and all digital services operated under the name 21huat.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the 21huat platform whether as a visitor or registered member.
• "Operator" refers to the company that owns and operates the 21huat platform under valid international licensing.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user on the 21huat platform.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited into the account using Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or cryptocurrency equivalent.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits awarded by 21huat subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

Registration and Usage Eligibility

To register and use the 21huat platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration and at all times when using the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list enforced by the platform or relevant authorities.
• Register only one account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including full name, date of birth, and contact details.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the 21huat platform are subject to the following policies:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM50, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time is usually between 5 and 30 minutes, depending on the payment method and verification required.
• Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to an account or e-wallet that has been verified in the name of the registered user. Transfers to third parties are prohibited.
• 21huat reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by 21huat are subject to the following conditions:

• The welcome bonus is 120% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus value received.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only for the lifetime of the account.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Wagering must be completed in accordance with the stated requirements first.
• 21huat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

The 21huat VIP Programme offers four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — with weekly cashback of up to 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, and 0.8% respectively. Eligibility for tier upgrades depends on the user's activity and betting history.

Game and Betting Rules

All games and bets on the 21huat platform are subject to the following rules:

• Game outcomes are determined by an independently certified random number generator (RNG) for slot and casino games, and by set odds for sports betting.
• Users acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of financial loss and should bet within their own means.
• Bets that have been placed cannot be cancelled or modified except under certain circumstances such as the cancellation of a sporting event.
• 21huat reserves the right to void bets or declare a match invalid in exceptional situations such as technical errors or proven fraud.

User Responsibilities

As a user of the 21huat platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for commercial or fraudulent purposes.
• Not share your account with any other individual or allow third parties to use your account.
• Report to customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
• Ensure that all information provided to 21huat is accurate, current, and not misleading.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the user's location.
• Not use the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.

Account Closure and Suspension

21huat reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account under the following circumstances:

• The user is found to have violated any term in this document.
• The user is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or attempts to manipulate the system.
• The user registers multiple accounts or shares an account with another party.
• The user provides false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• At the user's own request for self-exclusion purposes.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

21huat operates under a valid international licence and strives to provide a safe and reliable service. However:

• 21huat is not responsible for financial losses arising from a user's betting decisions.
• 21huat is not responsible for losses caused by internet failures, user devices, or technical factors beyond the platform's control.
• Any game or betting decision made by a user is entirely the user's own responsibility.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and software found on the 21huat platform are the exclusive property of the operator or the relevant licensors. Users are not permitted to:

• Use the 21huat name, logo, or trademarks for commercial purposes or personal promotion.

Amendments to Terms and General Rules

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which 21huat operates.
